    If you find yourself asking, "What's for dinner?" constantly an out at restaurants often, my service will save you time and money. I offer a professional service of meal prepare for my clients.

    A Personal Chef is the busy person's answer to having healthy, delicious, home-cooked meals without spending time in the kitchen cooking. It is someone who loves to cook, loves to prepare wholesome and delicious meals, and wants to take these chores away from the client so that the client can just relax at dinnertime.

    Chef Donald will come to your home, interview you about your likes and your dislikes, your preferences and your nutritional needs, and then come back on a prearranged cooking day with the groceries and utensils he needs to prepare the meals selected for your menu.

    The service includes complete grocery shopping on your cook day, menu planning specific to your needs, professional preparation of the meals disposable container packaging and clean up of the kitchen.

    Chef Donald wills leaves behind an aroma of his cooking and will package and label the meals for heating in your oven or microwave. Meals cab is stored in the refrigerator of freezer until you are ready for them.

    Chef Donald will bring his own cooking equipment, spices and utensils to your home.

    Do you use all fresh food and produce?

Something may be frozen or from a can. It is all .     Can we taste the food ahead of time?

    Yes, we encourage all clients to taste the items they are interested in having on the their menu. We will also prepare the full menu one week prior to your event ( with the exception of extremely time-consuming or expensive dishes) so that you can be sure the menu is still acceptable.

    What do you do with any leftovers?

    If no requests are made by client, we donate all food leftovers(nonperishables) to Community Shelter. We are also happy to prepare a "leftover basket" for the bride and groom at a wedding or anyone else sponsoring an event that would like to take food home with them. Please be sure to mention that you would like a basket prior to your event.

    Are tableware and linens included?

    With most menus, tableware and linens are not included, and there is an additional cost for plates, cutlery, glasses, linens, candles, etc. We Can provide you with a price list once we know more about your event and what type of tableware is appropriate.

    I'm on a tight budget. What can I do?

    Yes, we are happy to work closely with clients so that they can stick to their budget. Please let us know your budget up front and we can be sure to adhere to this amount. As a rule of thumb, the food you serve determines the final cost more than a sit-down dinner versus a buffet. We have menus to fit any budget as well as decorations. Just let us know your budget and we'll be sure to meet it.

    Cancellations

    Should you cancel your event, 25% of your event deposit will be forfeited. If cancel your event with less than 7 days notice you will be responsible to pay for guaranteed amount of the event. Events may be postpones one time for 3 months or less if at least 7 days written notice is given.

    Deliveries Charge

    Catering orders are subject to $25-$50 delivery charge depending on the size of the order and location of the events.

    Delivery Hours

    We're flexible! We deliver during normal business hours but we will try to accommodate you if you need a delivery before 6:00am or after 6:00pm.

    Deposits

    A deposit equal to 50% of the value of your event is required for your event. 25% is not refundable if canceled.

    Drop-offs

    There is a minimum charge on drops-offs or box lunch delivers. Charges are determined by geographical area. Drop-offs are any orders that do not require the use of equipments, equipment pick-up or extensive set-up such as items served on disposable trays or in disposable pans.

    Food Safety

    We go great lengths to insure that your food is safe. All of our catering supervisors have been trained and tested in proper food handling and each holds the ServSafe Certification. Your food is kept in proper food storage equipment to maintain a safe temperature before it is served.

    Insurance

    We carry all necessary licenses, Liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance. These certificates are available.

    Leftovers

    We usually prepare more food than we expect to serve. To insure food safety, we do not release leftover food to you or your guests.

    Minimum Persons

    Minimums must be established 7days prior to your event. This number may be increased slightly up to 48 hours before the event, but not decreased.

    Pick-up of Equipment

    Normally scheduled for the next day. Please make arrangement when you place your order.

    Payment

    Payment is due 7 days prior to the event date. Payment may be made by check, money order or cash.

    Terms

    A $25 fee is charged for any returned check. Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice. Sales taxes, gratuity and delivery are extra.
